District businesses will be handing out candy from 4 pm until 6 pm (or until they run out).

We cannot wait to see you at Columbia's largest & safest trick-or-treating event! Remember! Parking is FREE in our downtown garages for the first hour, after 6pm and all weekend long! We can’t wait to see you! It’s Good To Be Here!
