Kick off MU Homecoming week with Cocktails for CASA at Pierpont General Store on October 18 from 4-8pm. Grab a drink, order some food and enjoy the live music of Flyover Country (playing 6-8pm) to raise money to advocate for children in foster care. Tim & Darren have been volunteering for CASA for over a year and have seen the ways that CASA volunteers make a difference. CASA's (Court Appointed Special Advocates) meet with their children at least twice a month to provide consistent people in the children's lives, helping them navigate the court system and may of the challenges they are facing.
